Anselm Grün nasceu em 1945 na Alemanha e é monge beneditino da Abadia de Münsterschwarzach. Doutor em Teologia e ecónomo do mosteiro durante mais de 30 anos, tornou-se um dos autores espirituais mais influentes da atualidade, com mais de 700 livros publicados, traduzidos em mais de 30 idiomas. Em 2025 celebra 80 anos de vida, muitos deles dedicados a escutar, orientar e inspirar pessoas de todas as idades em busca de sentido. Abraçar o Tempo é um testemunho sereno e sincero da sabedoria que brota da vida vivida com profundidade.
