Anne Akrich (1986) nasceu em Paris, filha de mãe polinésia e de pai judeu tunisino. Passou a adolescência no Taiti, estudou na Sorbonne e foi jornalista. Publicou romances e ensaios, notórios e muito falados pelo seu tom «belicoso». Em 2018 escreveu o romance Il faut se méfier des hommes nus, sobre a «biografia tragicómica» de um monstro sagrado do cinema, Marlon Brando, e sobre o Taiti.
