Andreia Brites

É licenciada em Línguas e Literaturas Modernas, Estudos Portugueses, pela FCSH (UNL), e mestre em Teoria da Literatura, pela mesma universidade. É mediadora de leitura, tendo concebido e realizado ações de promoção de leitura com adolescentes, professores e pais, em bibliotecas municipais e escolas, entre 2004 e 2022. Especializou-se em projetos com o público adolescente, nomeadamente em clubes de leitura. Colaborou com a revista Os meus livros, na área da poesia e da literatura infantil e juvenil, entre 2005 e 2011. Manteve o blogue O Bicho dos Livros, entre 2006 e 2018, sobre promoção da leitura e livros infantis e juvenis. Colabora com a revista digital Blimunda, da Fundação José Saramago, desde 2012, na mesma área. Assume, desde setembro de 2022, a função de subcomissária do Plano Nacional de Leitura.
