Andreas Pflüger nasceu em 1957 na Turíngia. Cresceu no Sarre e vive há muitos anos em Berlim. Entre as suas obras contam-se peças de teatro, peças radiofónicas, guiões, filmes, documentários e romances, como Operation Rubikon e a premiada trilogia de Jenny Aaron, protagonizada por uma agente especial cega. Endgültig, o primeiro livro da trilogia, vendeu mais de 200 mil exemplares só na Alemanha, ganhou o German Crime Fiction Prize 2018, foi selecionado para o Crime Cologne Award e está traduzido em dez línguas. Ritchie Girl, Jogo de Espiões, é o seu quinto romance.
