Andrea Pavoni é investigador integrado no DINAMIA’CET, ISCTE-IUL (Lisboa, Portugal). A sua pesquisa explora a relação entre materialidade, normatividade e estética no contexto urbano. É membro do Westminster Law and Theory Lab, coeditor da série Law and the Senses (University of Westminster Press) e editor associado da revista Lo Squaderno, Explorations in Space and Society. É autor de Controlling Urban Events. Law, Ethics and the Material (Routledge 2018) e, juntamente com Simone Tulumello, de Urban Violence. Imaginary, Security, Atmosphere (Lexington 2023).
