A sua principal experiência hoteleira está relacionada com a Direção Geral e de Operações de Hotéis, Desenvolvimento, Revenue Management e Gestão de Turnaround, em mercados tão díspares como a Europa (Portugal), América Latina (Cuba), Ásia (Filipinas) e África (Guiné Equatorial e Angola), tendo trabalhado com várias marcas: Amorim Turismo, Accor Hotels & Resorts, Sofitel Luxury Hotels, Sana Hotels e Pestana Hotels & Resorts. É proprietário do Hotel Rural Monte do Alento e da Consultora Alento Business Services.
