André Francisco Spitzman Jordan (1933), conhecido como o pai do turismo português, o pai do turismo de qualidade, e o maior promotor imobiliário em Portugal. É um empresário e escritor luso-brasileiro, de origem judia-polaca. Foi o fundador, idealizador e promotor dos empreendimentos Quinta do Lago, Belas Clube de Campo, Vilamoura, entre outros. Em 2014 foi considerado uma das 12 personalidades mais influentes no turismo a nível mundial.
