É o pseudónimo usado por Francisco Javier Ángel Real, escritor mexicano com mais de 30 obras publicadas. O autor especializou-se na terapia Gestalt, e o seu interesse por conhecer novas filosofias e técnicas de desenvolvimento pessoal levou-o a viajar para mais de 18 países, tendo conhecido com unidades espirituais e mestres de diferentes continentes, dos quais se destaca Osho, a sua maior infuência. O seu bom humor, simplicidade e alegria enchem os seminários e conferências que dá há mais de 20 anos. No México, Anand Dílvar é frequentemente convidado pela rádio e pela televisão para partilhar a sua abordagem em relação ao que chama «A Revolução da Consciência».
