Ana Sofia Fonseca, jornalista freelancer, trabalhou na revista Grande Reportagem e no semanário SOL. Tem realizado reportagens para diversos órgãos de comunicação social, como o Expresso, Público, Sábado e Diário Económico. Foi autora de duas rubricas no Expresso. Actualmente colabora com a SIC, onde tem assinado reportagens e documentários. Alguns dos seus trabalhos foram premiados em Portugal e no estrangeiro. Entre outro, recebeu o prémio Gazeta e o prémio Direito Humanos e Integração da UNESCO. Publicou os livros Angola Terra Prometida, editado pela Esfera dos Livros, Barca Velha - Histórias de um vinho e o romance Como Carne em pedra quente.
