Nasceu a 13 de maio de 1993, em Lisboa. Desde cedo uma ávida leitora, licenciou-se em Línguas, Literaturas e Culturas pela Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa (FLUL). Escreve poesia desde os 15 anos e em 2014 criou o seu blogue It Takes Courage... And lots of Chocolate no qual publica regularmente poemas em língua inglesa. Tem ainda alguns dos seus poemas publicados em Spillwords Press, uma plataforma literária online com sede em Nova Iorque. Beija-flores e Amores Perfeitos é o seu primeiro livro publicado e a sua maior aventura poética em língua portuguesa.
