Ana Nobre de Gusmão nasceu em Lisboa, tendo aí feito estudos de Design, noArco, e de Filosofia, na Faculdade de Letras. Os seus dois primeiros romances - delito Sem Corpo (que o bteve o Prémio Revelação da revista Máxima) e Não é o Fim do Mundo - foram publicados em 1996. As suas crónicas foram regularmente publicadas nas revistas Elle,Storm - online e Magazine Artes. Encontra-se traduzida na Alemanha, Espanha e Itália.
