Ana Isabel Ferraz

She graduated in Food Engineering from the Higher School of Biotechnology of the Catholic University of Portugal (1995), continuing her studies in the Department of Biological Engineering at the University of Minho, where she completed a Master's degree in Environmental Technologies (1998) and a PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering (2008). Since 1999, she has been a lecturer at the Higher School of Agriculture of the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo, where she participates in the coordination and teaching of the Bachelor's degree courses in Environmental Engineering and Biotechnology, and the Master's degree in the area of ​​Environmental Management and Environmental Technologies.
