Ana da Silva Duarte, nutricionista, Membro Efetivo da Ordem dos Nutricionistas, nasceu a 12 de julho de 1995, em Faro. É Licenciada em Dietética e Nutrição pela Escola Superior de Saúde da Universidade do Algarve. Realizou formação complementar na área da Nutrição Pediátrica. Apaixonada pelo desafio que é a Educação Alimentar, em contexto escolar. Autora do livro O sabichão macaco Saltitão e os Alimentos Locais é também responsável pela página @mão_na_nutrição, cuja missão é mostrar como educar miúdos e graúdos para uma alimentação saudável, saborosa e mais consciente é possível de forma divertida e com muita criatividade!
