Allan Hall é jornalista há 31 anos. Actualmente a trabalhar em Berlim, foi durante 10 anos correspondente dos jornais The Sun e Daily Mirror em Nova Iorque. Foi depois um dos fundadores da agência noticiosa Big Apple News e, nos últimos 8 anos, tem sido correspondente nos países europeus de língua alemã para várias publicações, incluindo The Times, Scotsman, Independent, Mail on Sunday, Daily Mail e o australiano The Age. Escreveu vários livros, incluindo algumas enciclopédias sobre o crime, e, recentemente, publicou A History of the Papacy e uma obra sobre as previsões de Nostradamus.
