A verdadeira aventura do Ali-A teve início em 2009, quando ele começou a publicar no YouTube pequenos vídeos de jogos.
Desde então, passou a ter 13 milhões de seguidores, que se ligam regularmente ao seu canal para ver os vídeos imperdíveis dos jogos Call of Duty e Pokemon Go.
Atualmente, não publica apenas vídeos sobre jogos e criou um segundo canal, para que os fãs conheçam um pouco da sua vida com Clare, a sua companheira, e Eevee, a cadela heroica (que, tanto quanto sabemos, não fala na vida real).
