Alain de Botton was born in Zurich, Switzerland, in 1969, and currently lives in London. He is a writer of books on "philosophy of everyday life." The first, Love Essays, was published when he was 23 years old. Since then, she has written about travel, architecture, literature, and religion. Her books are best sellers international, being published in more than 30 countries.
De Botton founded and runs a school in London. The School of Life, dedicated to helping people learn, recover, and develop.
