Diploma Superior em Arte Dramática pelo Institut del Teatre de Barcelona.
Como ensaísta publicou O Ritmo na Dramaturxia (2005), Dramaturxia. Teoría e Práctica (2007) e Roberto Vidal Bolaño e o Xogo do Teatro (2012).
Publicou as peças teatrais Agnus Patris (2002), Crio-Xénese (2007), Dramatículas (2010) e Textículos dramáticos e posdramáticos (2014).
Prémio Álvaro Cunqueiro da Junta da Galiza para textos teatrais.
Prémio Maria Casares à Melhor Versão Adaptação Teatral.
