Abel García Abejas

Licenciado em Medicina pela UEx (Extremadura – Espanha) em 2001 e Especialista em Medicina Geral e Familiar desde 2005. Mestre em Bioética e com a competência à Ordem dos Médicos em Cuidados Paliativos. Professor convidado na Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade da Beira Interior nas disciplinas de Ética Medica e Bioética e de Cuidados Paliativos. Doutorando em Bioética no Instituto de Bioética da Universidade Católica Portuguesa – Porto. Coordenador da Equipa Intra-hospitalar de Suporte em Cuidados Paliativos do Hospital Lusíadas Lisboa. Presidente da Comissão de Ética do Hospital Lusíadas Lisboa. Membro do Grupo de Estudos de Cuidados Paliativos da Associação Portuguesa de Medicina Geral e Familiar.
