Abbie Greaves nasceu em Oxford e desde muito cedo que adora ler – desde banda desenhada, ao catálogo da Argos ou caixas de cereais. Acima de tudo, adorava livros, o que a levou a estudar Literatura Inglesa na universidade. Após a licenciatura, passou três anos no mercado editorial e escreveu o seu primeiro romance, O Silêncio entre Nós, enquanto trabalhava como assistente de um agente literário em Londres. Atualmente vive em Edimburgo com o namorado, John.
