The War On Speech (eBook)

Sobre o livro
When a far-left political activist rises to power, America begins to fall apart.
President Zander is an unstable leader who imposes her Equity Regime on the people. Valuing equality of outcome in all areas of life and turning America into a communist, the only way to keep the public in order is through silence, censorship, and force. Under the Any-Speech laws, anyone who is caught speaking is executed by the Silent Soldiers – an army of men and women dictated by the president and who follow her every word.
Controlling every aspect of the media and shutting down the Internet, freedom and opportunity are a distant memory. A student named Alex works with his teacher, Cynthia, as they plot against the regime while trying to evade detection. Under the guidance of Hacker, the leader of an underground group of computer experts, they coordinate a revolution with the help of people on the inside. But as political violence intensifies, and those they love becoming targets, the lives of so many are at stake and they are running out of time.
